To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please return your item to the address we provide once your return request is approved.
To start a return, email us at returns@unigostore.com with your order number.
You have 24 hours after purchase to make changes or cancel your order (sale items excluded).
After 24 hours, your order will have been processed for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us right away.
Please include “Damaged/Missing Item Claim” in your email subject so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
We’ll replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.

If the carrier confirms delivery with a date, time, and location, Unigo cannot be held responsible for lost items after delivery.
If the carrier cannot confirm delivery, contact us immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we’re unable to cover losses caused by that error. However, we’ll do our best to help you reorder at a discounted rate, at our support team’s discretion.

If you received free shipping on your order, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
