Unigo Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Please return your item to the address we provide once your return request is approved.

  To start a return, email us at returns@unigostore.com with your order number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

You have 24 hours after purchase to make changes or cancel your order (sale items excluded).
After 24 hours, your order will have been processed for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us right away.
Please include “Damaged/Missing Item Claim” in your email subject so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
We’ll replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.


Delivery Issues

“My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my order.”

  • If the carrier confirms delivery with a date, time, and location, Unigo cannot be held responsible for lost items after delivery.

  • If the carrier cannot confirm delivery, contact us immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we’re unable to cover losses caused by that error. However, we’ll do our best to help you reorder at a discounted rate, at our support team’s discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive your return in the approved condition, we’ll process your refund promptly and notify you by email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or canceled.
